I'm in the home stretch of adding more shafts to my Glimakra loom. I'm noticing that I can't seem to get the height of my lower lamms quite even. The back three lower lamms are almost a half inch lower than the front five when viewed from the side. Shortening the Texsolve by one hole results in those shafts being too high. If I go back to the next lower hole but keep the feet of the peg out (I don't insert the feet into the hole of the lamm) I get the perfect height. No such problem with the upper lamms. Would I be making a big mistake in keeping the feet out for those back three lower lamms? Other ideas?
