Beginning Friday Oct 30 2009
It looks like we can squeeze in another beginner Weave A Long before the holidays! I'd like to invite Rigid Heddlers to join in a simple beginner project focusing on the scarf!
Scarves are a great project that be woven up quickly with a defined purpose. It's a good way to experiment with colors. It's also a perfect "stash busting" project to use up yarn you have laying around.
We'll discuss planning for scarves and how to warp up your loom the "right" way. (Instead of Franco's way!)
Please try to join the WAL!
Note: Our Weave A Long is not an exchange activity, you weave it, you keep it to do as you like. If you can't start exactly on the date, just jump in when you can. I hope by starting on a Friday we can use the weekend to warp up and get weaving through the following week or two.
Have a good day!
