I am a new owner of a 40" AVL Folding Modular Loom. It is missing some of the parts for the cloth storage system. I have some of the pieces installed on my loom but not all. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to post pictures of their AVL cloth storage system. It would be very helpful to see how it all goes together and the different parts. This is the cloth storage system with the cylindrical weight, not the one that slides on the frame of the loom. I have contacted AVL and its out of my price range to buy a whole new system. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about!

AVL is usually pretty good at supplying parts.  Look at their online  manuals to identify the missing parts, and ask for a price for replacements.

Thank you for your help. I have talked with AVL and I can not afford all the parts I need. We are considering building most of it ourselves. Does anyone think this can be done? My husband is very handy and a friend has a metal shop, another friend is a woodworker. Some photos of the system would be very helpful for this if it can be done!

I have an older loom with the cylindrical weight.  Tomorrow I will take some photos and PM them to you.  I have not been able to post photos here.  My loom is a PDL, however.  The system shuld be the same, but the location of items may vary.

It would be very helpful to know what you're missing.
