Are you using chenille for your weft as well? I've been wanting to use my chenille, but can't quite decide if I should save teh grey chenille for the weft or us it in the warp! :)

Years ago I bought several cones of chenille, only to have my first test scarf become a wormed disaster!  Your scarf is inspiring me to revisit chenile, it can produce such lovely scarves.

I'm using Bamboo for the weft - about 5/2 weight.

Hem-stitching on either end helps considerably. Also maching stitching right above the hem-stitching. If you make twisted fringe, this looks nice and stops the worming.
