Very pretty!  I'd love to see this in real life, just to watch the light ripple across the colours.  It looks like it has a lovely hand, as well as sheen and iridescence.

140/2 silk is a very fine thread...how did you get on using it? The finest yarn I've used so far in a weft is 60/2 silk.

This is a 2 block double weave with accents of plain weave.  One shuttle in red 140/2 silk.  Layers were light to dark reds and dark to light blue/greens.

Created irridescence by crossing 2 hues of similar value. Wove several scarves on the same 20 yd warp.
