This was so exciting to weave because it was complicated but delightful to see the pattern emerge.  It turned out just as I had hoped.  I have a huge bin of this thread and will be doing a lot more of this kind of experimentaion in fine weaving.  The pattern for the coin purse was from a link on WeaveZine -- http://weavezine.com/fall2008/wz_fa08_KazMadigan.php
