Beer bags?  There must be more to this story. I'm curious as to what it is. The weaving seems too pretty to be wrapped around beer, unless it's designer beer, then that's another story.

When I'm out at a camping event (I do SCA historical re-enactments) in the evening time and wandering around visiting, I like to carry a couple of extra beers with me.  A quilted bag helps conceal the modern can and keeps them moderately cold (unless I drink too slow!) 

Each bag carries 2 extra cans of beer.......or whatever.
