 It's hard to find Latvian pickup patterns, the book I have is out of print.  

There is a book called Lithuanian Sashes, also OOP but around used books sites sometimes, which has lots of pattern graphs.  It's not great qualtiy reproduction but I don't know of anything better in English.  Someday I'd like to go to Latvia or Lithuania and cruise bookstores :).
