So, I am trying to figure out my new-to-me Macomber still.  I feel like I'm about 2/3 of the way done refinishing it.  We had to take it apart to get it in my Trooper and to my house.  Now I'm mainly putting it back together.

I can not for the life of me figure out where this part goes.

It seems like it came with the washer, as there is rust around the cast iron in the exact shape of the washer.  The back of it is just flat cast iron.  I also appear to be missing a handle for my front/back beams (do they have those for them?  I can't seem to find pictures of handles...).  I am used to weaving on my 1925 Structo Artcraft table loom, and that has handles for both beams.

The beams are easy enough to move without the handles, it's just annoying as it seems my front beam wobbles and can come out from under its brake if I'm not careful.

This seems to be the handle for the front beam.  The washer goes on the shaft of the beam, too.  The handle hangs down when not being used to advance the beam.

The warp beam handle would have a wooden handle and would slip on and off as needed.

Michael White will be able to describe this better!

Thanks!  Of course, I went to take the front beam off, and the pin that holds it to the crank snapped off!  Luckily,y brother is a welder and thinks he can put the piece back on.  Not guaranteed, but I won't have to order a part for now.
