I'm using the cotton which has a wpi of 30 doubled for basketweave to give me wpi of 15. Hopefully, setting it at 10epi will work. I'm tempted to use my 7.5 dent rigid heddle but I'll sample on the 10 first.

So far I like the results with the 10 dent. I also lashed on instead of tyeing on for the first time and I think my piece is slightly crooked. Could also be the fact that I am weaving an 11" width on a 24" RH loom. It is awkward but I shall persevere.

After weaving off the scarf on the 10 dent I had enough to do up a sample on the 7.5 dent. While I like the drape of the fabric, the doubled cotton wasn't happy staying in place.

The finished scarf is a little heavier than I wanted so I'll use this as a dresser scarf. I plan to buy a second heddle kit in order to use 8/2 cotton for weaving singly instead of doubled.
