Great towels.  I really like both the colors and design.  Is that your own design?   I am showing my ignorance here, but I don't know the word
"Drall".  What does that refer to?

Hi.

I like these towels, too, but as far as I can see, they are what I'd call reversed twill (on 8 shafts). I have done what we call drejl/dräll over here (Scandinavia) and used 10 shafts, 5 for each block, which makes the reversal of colours even more distinct.Have a look here if you are interested :http://www.weavolution.com/node/14149

It's an 8-harness block twill.  The naturally colored wefts (brown on som, green on others) will develop - darken - as they are washed or boiled in hot water.

3 towels in naturally colored brown on natural, 3 in naturally colored green on natural.

Only 2 in green:  I used the wrong number on my actual weaving length calculation.  :(
