Holds not only spools but cones!! I believe it was made by Glimakra. The frame can be folded for storage. It measures 45 inches high by 87 inches wide when expanded and 43.5 inches wide when folded. The frame is well made, very sturdy and the wood is high quality. This item seems to be very hard to find, most sectional racks only holding spools but not cones. This rack holds both!
