This was another surprise warp. I took the cone from the Perle cotton section on my shelf. At the warping reel I quickly realized this was not cotton. My best guess is that it is rayon from a weaver's estate sale. This happened once before. As it turns out this warp makes excellent blankets with beautiful drape. All the same, I am glad there are no more cones of this particular yarn in my collection.
