Wow, what a beauty!  I also have the Xenakis book but have not tried any of the projects yet.  DId you use 2 or 3 rigid heddles? or did you make string heddles for the 2/2 twill?  I would love to learn more about this project.

Thanks,
Claudia, a fellow rigid heddle loom owner

Notes

This is my fourth weaving project.  The first three were all different tabby weaves and a little experimentation with pick-up sticks.

The twill technique is from Xenakis' book The Xenakis Technique for the Construction of Four Harness Textiles.  All the information I have read about the book is that it is "advanced" and "a challenge for the experienced weaver".  But the techniques are fairly straightforward if you are willing to give some attention to the warping of the loom and the sleying of the heddles and optional doupe.

These are all finished but the sewing.
