Knot work! on my Gilmore Wave.

I used a free pattern by Laverne Waddington.  Instead of lifting in pairs I lifted 4 threads at a time as I wanted a bolder piece.  I believe it also made for a larger piece.  I actually thought these colors would be boring, but instead I find that it produced a very elegant piece.

It has some of the same colors as the pieces I gave my sister for Christmas (the ones with the scrolls), so I have put it aside for her birthday.  I think she will be pleased.
