What a pretty piece. The neutral linen lets the pattern stand out, and I really enjoyed the fiber's history. Write that down and attach it somewhere to the piece, because those cool details tend to get lost along the way!

Draft from Weaver's Magazine issue 38 Winter 1997- I have wanted to do it that long! Plyed 1/20 linen myself, because I have lots(!!) and used some hemp thread that was originally sold as "shoe repair thread" (box was stamped 1946....)
