And I love your creative approach to the edges of these towels. Most folks don't think to vary their shuttle colors and treadling to create classy borders like this.

Great inspiration for those of us who like to make distincitive towels!

Thanks Sally!!  I have fun playing with variations and some come out better than others.  I do like to "class up" the towels a bit.  Glad you noticed!!

Finally got the last three towels done and finished the warp.  It was threaded in a Bateman Extended Divided Twill.  I played with the colors and the treadling.

The first one look all white, but the tabby weft is royal blue.  The pattern is subtle and shows differently from different angles and lighting.  The middle one is the basic, in the book treadling with blue pattern weft and tabby weft.  The third one has the same colors as the second, but I played with the treadling to get columns.
