I’m working on sample #14 twining.. where one is to “ Twine at least four inches, leaving a long warp fringe. Finish the warp fringe in three different ways” My question is about the warp fringe part
Does anyone know if edge treatments like a Damascus edge or Phillipine edge count or is it the actual length of the warp they want you do do things with? Those macrame type treatments? Would doing a Phillipine edge on one side, Damascus on the other and then twisting one fringe and braiding the other count/ Or are they really looking for the work to be in the fringe itself and not the edge?
I've emailed Judie Eatough but not gotten a response, I see her online but she's not answering this one for some reason.
Thanks for any light shed on this!
