Sorry for skimpy notes--I need to work on this. The yarn is a variegated cotton I have had for a long time. I wanted to try collapse weave with cotton and a center of wool. I warped each side with 32 cotton ends and the center 24 ends with a matching wool that would felt. The result was a ruffled scarf that maintained a good width and length.
