If i'm using google docs to create my worksheets - can you see them? I'm not making them public or shared, but don't want to liter the group board with my work. I'm not that familiar with the system.

thanks.

I downloaded it and saved it as a template so I always have a blank one.  It worked for me but I have Excel, if you don't let me know if it doesn't work.

I don't have any problem with you doing it on Google.docs; free service, I haven't bumped into to any limitations about space.

the reason i like them on that google docs is because i have a laptop in the house, a computer in the office - and i can use the google docs and because it resides on the web, i can always access it. but i don't want to junk it up with a million files - if you can't see them, great, if you can see them, i'll do something else.

I don't see them, Mary.  If you open one of them and look up at the top to the right of the name, it'll say "Private only to me" if you don't have it shared with others.  Also, when you copy a doc, there's a checkbox to share the copy with collaborators, and if you don't check that, it'll be private.
