Our group still exists after the Weavolution migration, but it seems that no members remain, just me as the administrator; and none of our old posts exist anymore.

I actually sold my Herald loom a couple of years ago to have room for an 8 harness loom, but I liked that loom and it was reliable (except for the flukey brake).  But I will keep the group open to see if people rejoin and create conversations.  I'd love to know if anyone has the 8 harness variety and how you like them.

I also by chance got hold of a Herald brand open bottom boat shuttle and I like it a lot!

Thanks for posting this. As this did not come up during the migration, we have two options now, people can rejoin themselves. We do still have access to the old site; we will make a note to "audit" the groups and can add people as we have time.

 I bought an 8 shaft Herald about two years ago, I absolutely love it. It is in beautiful condition. I have no problems with the wire tie up but it took some getting use to. I'm sorry that there is no one else currently in this group to discuss these lovely looms.

I mostly lurk, but please know I'm so glad you're here. I have several looms, one of which is a 45" 4S/6H Herald that I adore. If I could find her 8shaft sister, I'd snap her up in a heartbeat! She is an absolute delight to weave on, never gives me a inch or minute of trouble, and I've woven everything from western horse show saddle pads to fine, soft and lovely shawls with lace weight yarn. Wonderful loom!

Hi there! I'm actually not an herald loom owner, but the topic name just clicked with me. I actually was amazed to find newer postings on this site. I'm registered for years now and just now found an active group by tracking the user of a project posting.

If I go to the group tabs, they are listed alphabetically and it doesn't look like you can list most active groups. Isn't there an easier way to navigate here?

All the content is still on the site, we just need to get it back in the group. We are currently working on the group content that went a stray, much of it migrated cleanly some did not. I bumped this group up the queue and all content should be back today.

I recently joined Weavolution, I joined the Herald Loom group.  But have no responses to my inquiry about Herald Loom I have (4 shaft).  I don't know what folks are talking about when they refer to Weavolution Migration.  Am I in the wrong group?
