I saw a youtube video of people doing tapestry weavings and the painter in me thought "I gotta try this!' I looked up to see how some of the looms are made, and created one thats desent enough for a test run - now the problem is, how do I warp on the yarn? Is it the same as warping a navajo loom? Also once its on how do I make each colored yarn stay? And once my artwork is done how do I take it off the loom?? I learn best from lots of details or seeing it, so if anyone has a how to video with these steps I'd greatly appreciate a link! Thanks in advance for any help.

I can advice you to look  at the threads here in this group .I am sure you will find links to help you further.
