Twill Thrills is available as a download (pdf) for <$15.00. http://www.knittinguniverse.com/store/items/view/400/The_Best_of_Weavers_Twill_Thrills_-_PDF/ If you get it, let us know the quality of the pdf - but it appears to be a pdf produced recently, which should mean it is good.
