Has anyone ever tried to discharge dye while the project is on the loom?  I'd like to try a sample stamp discharge at the beginning of my project.  If I don't like it, I'll just weave a couple of filler picks and move on.  I could just weave the project first with a gamp and discharge the gamp off the loom, but I've been curious about the discharge-in-progress idea for awhile now.  I've used hand-dyed rayon (dyed with Procion MX fiber reactive dyes) for the project, a scarf.  Any help is appreciated!

I would be concerned about particulates from dried bleach, since it will be hard to rinse it out on the loom. Bleach particles are very irritating.
