I have build a table top loom, several inkles as well as other tools.  I really want to build a 36" floor loom.  I purchased the plans from Sievers School and I like most of it but I am very interested in setting up the harnesses and lamms like a Harrisville Loom.  Unfortunately I can't find any good photos to figure out how it is set up.  Is there anyone who can send or post photos of the Harrisville Loom set up?  I will try to post some pictures of my DIY stuff latter.  Right now I have to head to the Dentist, UGGG.  Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

We recently visited Sievers. They no longer sell the plans as the kits with the metal parts are no longer available. They are great looms, but if the metal kit is not available, it is quite difficult to complete a loom.
