Hi! I'm new to Weaveultion and I'm a weaver out of New England. I'm currently working on getting my products up on my website, Renaissancehearts.com. I've tried a couple different ways to photograph my scarves and they aren't coming out quite as I would like them to. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to portray the craftmanship, materials and quality of the piece correctly, i.e. lighting suggestions, backgrounds, folds, etc. Thanks for the help.

Interweave recently ran a web seminar on making a home photo studio that has a lot of really great information; like you don't need a top notch camera!  It is available as a download from interweave, and I understand they have one coming up specifically for photographing fabrics.  I know a lot about photography, but wasn't getting the results I wanted.  I learned a lot from this seminar.
