I talked a few months ago about wanting to sample some polyester thread for lining. I am just beginning to weave this little sample with 8 shafts and 2 treadles in plain weave. Why 8 shafts, well I have 8 on the loom and it's just as easy to thread 8 as 4 so here I am. Weaves pretty fast for thread I can barely see. :)
