I finally have my loom warped and ready to weave (the first time in about 4 years!!) and when I pulled the pins the front shafts dropped lower than my back shafts. I'm weaving an 8-shaft pinwheel twill and I have a 60" Glimakra Horizontal Standard.

How is your shed floor when you press a treadle?

If all of your sheds have an even floor under tension, just start weaving. You might do some fine tuning part way through, but a small drop is not going to negatively affect your finished fabric if the sheds are even enough to prevent skips.

Thanks! The shed floor is fine. It's just frustrating having my warp look like the straight point on my weaving draft. I'll keep weaving.
