Dave - I enjoyed reading your bio and about sharing your hobby with your wife.  I will be curious to watch how you choose to develop your weaving interests.  And this is a very nicely done dishtowel!

 Dave, that is a beautiful dish towel! Did you use two 12.5 heddles for it, or did you double the threads for each dent of one heddle? I am new to weaving, and just trying to decide which loom to get. I most want to make dish towels to begin. I am leaning toward getting the 18" Glimakra Emilia (available early December, I think) though I'm torn between that or a wider RH. Some people I've spoken to (who scorn rigid heddle looms)  say a floor loom is "much more fun" to weave on, but I suspect that a small RH will be the most fun for me. It really encourages me to see the beautiful things you've woven on a 16" loom.
