Myy trusty Pre-1954 Gilmore's Warp Beam Crank is spinning uselessly. I can still wind the warp beam by hand, but it would be nice to use the crank. Part of the shear pin fell out and you can see from the picture that I jammed a knitting needle in there - which worked for a while. What I want is a more permanent fix.
Since I was able to recreate the beam release on my own, I figure I can handle this myself too - but I need ideas.
