I have an odd number of ends in my pattern and will be sleying at 2 ends per inch. What should I do with the extra end? I also have floating selvages.

Two ends per dent, I assume. :).  Having one alone isn't ideal but should be fine.  You may have to 'tighten' your weft a bit more on that side.
