You can mix or match discontinued and non discontinued  colors and sizes to get the 25 pound deep discount. The $11 price will be on the discontinued pounds and $18.70 on the non discontinued pounds.

1-24 pounds $12.50 pound
 

25-49 pounds $11.00 pound
 

50 plus pounds $10.50 pound
