Looks like huck lace to me.  There are many variations of huck.  Compare to http://evasweaving.wordpress.com/2010/10/20/weaving-huck-lace/

I think that the threading is 3-end huck lace. Bottom 2 units and top 2 units are typical huck units, and some variation in-between.

I am going through the drafts folder and found a beautiful baby blanket. I downloaded the wif file but i dont know how to get into my iweavit software on my ipad. Thank you for the help. Diane

Thank you for posting this. I was looking for it, but couldn't find a draft anywhere for this particular weave & I'm such a newbie that I didn't know how to draft it myself.

Please weavolution, make it possible to download drafts to an iPad. They will only download as a text file not as a Full attachment. Hand weaving.net does it. Maybe with this new server it can be changed. Thanks.
