I have a sectional warp beam installed on this and thought it might lend itself well to the stripes in this project. I wanted the stripes to be random but after getting everything in the tension box and decided I was feeling a little lazy about the whole thing. I am planning on making some laundry baskets -or- replacement bags for the laundry basket frames we have. The material sold with it is very cheap and keeps ripping. After mending it repeatedly I thought this might make a good first project on the floor loom.
I got a huge amount of this yarn when Pisgah/Peaches and Creme was being sold. They discontinued most of their yarn lines and had a large sale. I think these are all 8/4 cotton warp but the lables are not easy to get at and the color cards have disappeared. I could not even find the yardage or pound information around anymore. It just vanished. I cannot find a mcmorran scale anymore either... so I'm going to wing it and hope the set is not too far apart for a balanaced weave.
