I loved making potholders as a kid!

I bought this for my granddaughters. When they weren't looking, I started using the loops to hold warp threads.  You just loop it around your yarn and pull the loop through (like a lark's head) and pull.  The elasticity of the loops is fantastic for holding groups of warp, stays put while you need it to, but is easily undone when you're ready.
