You certainly have an artistic eye.  All your work is just beautiful.  I always look forward to seeing your projects.

Ditto Davewhiz's comment! (Do I get to see this in person soon?)

I'll have to pry one of them out of its owner's hands! One went to my sister and one to my niece. My sister might just let me have hers for a day so that I can bring it to the next guild meeting.

Notes

In addition to the yarns listed above, I used some Bambu 16gg from Silk City. This is the single-strand version of Bambu 12. I had lavender and pink in this and I gradually shifted the colors from periwinkle to lavender to pink to salmon to pale orange. The colors reminded me of easter eggs! The threading was a point twill on 16 shafts. The treadling for the first scarf was a 44-thread networked twill that I advanced through 16 shafts, so that one repeat was 704 picks long! Thank goodness that the computer kept track for me! There was some furrowing with this scarf but I mostly pressed that out. I love the way the pattern gets wider and narrower, like a meandering path. For the second scarf I used a tieup similar to one I had used for a towel and it created these lovely little eggs - very appropriate! Both scarves are very drapey and comfortable to wear and both have been given away!
