What lovely towels. For anyone with access to the Complex Weaver's Journal,  the June issue has several Bateman articles from the Bateman study group.

Liese,

Thanks for the tip about the Complex Weavers articles on Bateman.  I joined CW about two weeks ago, and haven't searched all the things available.  I did look into the Bateman study group, but it is filled and there is a waiting list.   Can't wait to see the articles!

I'm glad you liked the towels.

Sally,

Thanks for looking.  Our guild had a workshop recently on tied weaves and two of the Bateman weaves were included.  They were my favorites, so I am anxious to discover more.

Notes

This is one of the Bateman tied weaves, called Park.  The original draft was from a workshop on tied weaves by Linda Davis.   I modified the draft by eliminating one block of design.   They really look good in hand, and the detail that this weave structure gives makes it look more complex than it is.  Fun to weave.
