It looks perfect, especially if you add a triple stainless sink with drainboards!

I have been trying to figure out where to fit a better dyeing space in my house.   I do have a workroom with a small sink, but it would need a cabinet/sink remodel, and probably some beefing up of the electrical.

I looked into putting a sink in the garage, but it would take some extra work to upgrade the sewer drain for it.  

Still thinking!  I would love a space like you've found.
