I've tried several times to upload my timeline as a word document.  It is scrabbled eggs when it displays.  Any hints of how to do this correctly?

Hi Anne,

Word embeds lots of characters - hence the scrambled eggs.  You can do two things, one is to save as a text file and the second is to copy it into notepad or wordpad.

After that, you should be able to copy and paste the text.  Give that a try and if you still have problems, let me know.
