Does anyone this app? What's the trick? I'm trying to use the Iweavit! app for the first time. I also purchased the add on module for project planning which looks pretty cool, if I could get it to work. It doesn't seem to input the first page, and shows zeros on the following pages. And yes, I've checked the manual. Can anyone offer any insight as to what I'm doing wrong?

I don't have the project planning application.  Contact the designer and see if there is a bug?

I use iWeaveIt! all the time, and have gotten to the point that I don't know how I wove without it.  I design my projects on my computer using programs that generate wif files (PixeLoom or Fiberworks) but you could design on the iWeaveit!. Once I have the project designed I send it to dropbox (or you could email it to yourself) and then download it on my iPad.  I choose the default to open it in iWeaveit! and then use the Track Treadling and Track Threading options while I set up the loom and weave. I also use the Heddle Count in the Project Set up portion. 

I just went to the Project Setup option and everything looks fine.  If you are having trouble, I suggest you delete the app from your iPad, and down load it again.  Maybe there was some glitch in your download.  Also, as Laura said, you could contact the designer.  There was a bug when I first downloaded it, and a I emailed the designer and got a quick response and fix.  Don't give up, it is a great tool.

I have been using it also.  I first got it for my phone, but thengot the iPad version which gives options for more treadles.  I love it!!   So far no problems with it!  I hope you get it running smoothly it is a great tool.

Have you been able to use the program at all? I just realized that when I first open a document from my drop box, I get computer code on my ipad. I have to tap on the icon on the upper right hand corner of my iPod) one with an arrow pointing into a box) then the open it in iWeaveIt option arrives.

I just bought iWeaveit for my iPad thinking I could do a quick draft for a log cabin pattern.  I entered the colors for the warp and the draft 1, 2 since I am using a rigid heddle, then the weft sequence and the weft colors appear, but the warp does not.  I am at a total loss and after 4 hours of patience, I am pleading for help.

Did you add the tie up? You won't get the drawdown to show without one. Janene

You also need to add the 1-2 treading for the drawdown to show. You can go to the tools and go to the color and weave option and choose custom sequence and add your color pattern ie: abababbababaab or whatever. You can then choose tromp as writ and the rest should be filled in for you. Janene

Jane, Problem solved.  I just thought that the program could read my mind and know that I wanted it to treadle as 1,2 since I am using a rigid heddle loom, HA.  If I had more time I would do a YouTube tutorial as a getting started.
