Hi Folks,

For my upcoming weavers guild sale, I'm using remnants of handwoven fabric cominbined with quilting,  and other commercial fabrics to sew into small bags.

I have a triangle bag pattern from from Studio Mio in Australia that I love. I'm doing my version of a Maruca wrist clutch, and then I have a bag pattern I made with 2 diagional zippers that was inspired by one I purchased at a Faretrade craft store.

I have a lot of handwoven remnants so want to find at least one more bag pattern to make.  Have any of you make small bags with your handwoven or other fabrics? Do any of you have have suggestions for designers who make bag patterns?  I have some hot pink woven fabric that would make good purses, bags for children but clueless as to a good pattern.  I checked Ghees whose larger bags I've made but didn't find any other patterns for small bags.

Yesterday I searched Pinterest for more patterns but didn't see anything that grabbed me in the small version..

When I go to the studio I'll take a picture of the Studio Mio bag pattern and add it to this post.

Thanks.

Cheers

Nadine
