Hi All,

I have come by a large Schmeing Weseke boat shuttle minus its bobbin.  I am looking for information/pictures on the type of shuttle as I would like to restore it.  I have done Goggle searches but they have not yeilded very much.  Any suggestions as to where I might find this information.

A quick Google image search shows these to be commercial mill shuttles.  Unless you are planning to use these on a fly shuttle loom there is little reason to search for a "bobbin", which is really a pirn.  I'm going to guess any mill pirn will fit.  Of course, there were mill shuttles that used no pirn at all...
