What to use for the registration process?

This is a question we have struggled with. (I posted a few comments on another thread).

We have committed to using Regonline for the first time. We would appreciate any advice from those who have been using this product.  

Did you create all of the info yourselves or did you hire a professional to do it the first time?

Are you using Regonline as the credit card merchant?  If not who are you using and did you have any issues with processing from the Regonline website rather than your own?

Any advice on how to charge conference fees from Regonline?  There seem to be several ways to enter this data.

Any issues with access for multiple conference chairs (Registration, Housing, Treasurer, Workshops, Chair???)
