9 days before a price increase

For a number of years I have kept my prices the same on 90 percent of what I sell. Well with the increase in shipping cost, yes I know y'all bitch about the cost of me shipping yarn to you. Well I to have to pay to have the yarn shipped from one mill to other mill and then to me. So I am being forced to increase my prices a little bit.

Even with my price increase I will still have the lowest prices for my yarns. Let's look at silk.

20/2 dyed spun silk on 3.5oz cones right now my highest selling price is $18.50 per cone with 10 or more $16, natural $12 for a 3.5oz cone

Yarn Barn: 3.5 oz skein natural $32, dyed 3.5oz skein $51.95

I am also thinking about dropping the linen from my line. The problem is the quality of what I am getting.  It just is not up to my standard. Some of it has been great and some junk. I pay for it and I do not know what I am getting until it shows up.

I hope y'all are staying warm, have a safe, healthy 2018.
