When a patterns says alternate 2 end red, 2 ends brown..,.what does this mean...? Doesn't mean you alternate one red one brown and when your done warping this means you really have 2 one red in slot one in hole....? hellllp

Yes, you need 2 red threads followed by 2 brown, then 2 red, then 2 brown.

This doesn't make any difference whether you warp using direct warping or if you thread the slots and holes while winding on. 

When your warp is on the loom, the web will be 2 red, 2 brown alternating all the way across.
