We held the first meeting of the Marketing team on Tuesday, March 8.
Sally had a wonderful agenda which i hope she will add to this post. We each have action items to work on. The Marketing team has a modest budget for the calendar year 2011. Sally used a calendar to divide the work based on various deadlines and fiber festivals. This was a highly effective method. The techno team is working on providing a Drupall calendar module. Until it is ready, I will create a Google calendar and post the link in this thread.
