It says the number is not in service.  What is the weaving width on the loom and how many harnesses does it have?

You'll need to look up the specs on the loom. I do not have that information.

BTW, my phone works fine.

Seems we've found someone to come and get the loom. They're scheduled to arrive tomorrow late morning to take it away.
