Surfing on Pinterest I found this wonderful piece:

Does anyone know where I can find a non-copyrighted pattern like this or one that is similar? I looked under "Flame Stitch" but have had no luck.

This scarf was woven on a loom with at least 12 shafts, probably more. The threading has a few large points and is mirror symmetrical. The treadling is much longer than the threading and is an advancing sequence that started with some network drafted twill in a small shape that you can see. The tie-up emphasizes the warp colors on this face and therefore will show much more weft colors on the other face. If you study network drafted twill, you can create your own drafts with the look you want. I think that the colors and the fine yarn also contribute to the beauty of the piece.

It looks very much like some patterns in Twill Thrills, one of the Best of Weavers' Magazine series.  The patterns are copywrited for duplication and sales, but goods woven from the patterns are not.

I knew I had seen this years ago. It's an 8-shaft pattern in Weaver's Magazine, issue no. 43, Spring 1999.
