Nice.  Well woven and nicely finished.  How was the deflected thread diamond border achieved?

Hi Karren. Thank you. Well it involved using a fine crochet needle and a small shuttle. But it is a long description from  the Design Collection no 18. If you want to have it in detail, please PM me.

Gorgeous!  I love the intricate borders!

Sounds like a variation on what I know as a Danish Medallion(name I was taught, no personal reference). I'll hve to think about that.  Thanks.

Really nice work. I'm hoping to work that fine sometime in the next year or so.

Hi, Karren. It is Danish Medallion, which I thought was quite funny, as I had never come across it before. But they are very decorative, and very satisfying to do, although timeconsuming.

Thanks, I'm hoping to see some of your work posted here :-)

Notes

Using a draft from Handwovens Design Collection no 18, this was very satisfying to weave, including the "Danish Medallion"  borders and zig-zag hemstitching this easily filled out an entire happy summer holiday by the loom.
