I was saddened to hear today that Fiesta Yarns has discontinued Ironstone Yarns.  Guess that's why they are no longer 7 Dimes Distributing.  I've had an account with them for years and just got up the nerve to weave out of my comfort zone.  Sigh ...

Anyone know what happened to Fiesta Yarns?  Their phone is no longer in service and the store site is a blog.  Their hand-painted rayon boucle has been my primary yarn for scarves and my best-seller.

Has anybody taken a psartially wound warp off the board and put it back on later?  This warp has been aawful to deal with anyway..  But thshand -painted scarves ar my best-sellers.  Any tips and/or suggestions?  Thanks -

With the project I am working on now I noticed as I was removing the warp from the warping board that I had missed the last peg with a couple threads, so they were a good yard or two shorter than the rest of the threads.  I thought about trying to fix this on the loom, but decided to put the warp back on the board, cut the short threads and tie some extra thread on so they would be the same length as all the other threads, and deal with the knots in the finishing process.  It worked out fine.  This warp (20/2 unmercerized cotton) had a tendency to tangle anyway but it didn't seem that that bout tangled any more than the others.
